Chennai –Ashok Leyland Ltd of Chennai, a manufacturer of commercial vehicles has launched the 3-axle 6x2 Tyre Lift Axle truck the AVTR 2620.
The new product is merely an upgrade of the 4x2 (18.5T GVW ) truck with additional lift axle configuration to get advantage of the GVW to 25.5 T.
Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, Head - M&HCV, Ashok Leyland, said, “AVTR 2620 with its lift axle configuration offers better TCO advantage to our customers operating in Ecom, parcel and tanker services.”
1AVTR 2620 of 25t GVW is powered with engine of H series CRS iGen-6 technology develops an output of 200 HP and Torque 700 Nm which is matched with 6 speed gear box. Available in cowl and 3 cabin options, N Cab, U cab, M cab. he N cabin comes with a suspended cab with dampers, suspended driver seat, anti-roll bar in the front, good storage spaces, full metal front fascia, music system, AC & HVAC options.
