BharatBenz Opens New Dealership in Supaul

Supaul, Bihar – Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV), the manufacturer of BharatBenz trucks and buses, has inaugurated a new authorised BharatBenz dealership, Devkrishna Trucking, in Supaul, Bihar.

The new facility strengthens BharatBenz’s presence in North Bihar and is aimed at improving access to sales, service and spare parts support across the Koshi region.

Located on the Supaul–Kishanpur–Bhaptiyahi Road (NH-327A), the dealership is positioned to serve customers across Supaul, Saharsa, Madhepura and Araria, with connectivity to major transport routes including NH-327A and the NH-27 East-West Corridor.

The dealership is a 4-bay 3S facility covering around 40,000 sq. ft. and offers sales, service and genuine spare parts under one roof. It has an annual service capacity of approximately 1,800 vehicles and is supported by a trained technical team and dedicated workshop.

The facility will cater to transporters, fleet owners and commercial vehicle operators across the region, helping improve service accessibility and reduce vehicle downtime.

DICV said the new dealership is part of its strategy to strengthen BharatBenz’s customer support network in North Bihar and provide faster, more reliable service to commercial vehicle customers.

Mr. Abhimanyu Kumar Singh, CEO, Devkrishna Trucking, said, the dealership will focus on delivering dependable aftersales support and building long-term relationships with BharatBenz customers across the Koshi belt.
