California, United States- Cadillac brand is owned and operated by General Motors (GM) as a luxury vehicle division, has officially revealed the 2026 OPTIQ-V, the newest addition to its fifth-generation V-Series lineup, blending bold performance with all-electric innovation. Production begins in fall 2025, with the vehicle set to launch in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Middle East, and Israel. Targeted at drivers seeking high performance with a youthful edge, the OPTIQ-V delivers a dynamic mix of sporty design, power, and cutting-edge tech.

OPTIQ-V is a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system delivering an estimated 519 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque. With Velocity Max mode, the SUV accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.5 seconds. Power comes from an 85 kWh battery pack supporting a Cadillac-estimated 275-mile range. Additional performance features include Launch Control, Competitive Mode, and Brembo performance front brakes—all designed for agility, traction, and spirited driving.

The OPTIQ-V is also General Motors’ first vehicle to integrate the North American Charging Standard (NACS) port natively, marking a major step forward in EV charging convenience. With DC fast charging, drivers can add up to 70 miles of range in just 10 minutes, while various AC charging levels offer flexible at-home solutions.

Design-wise, the OPTIQ-V carries a strong V-Series identity with an aggressive new fascia, carbon fiber package, and blue-accented design elements inspired by the V-Series badge. The SUV rides on 21-inch satin graphite alloy wheels with either all-season or summer tires, and is available in exclusive new colors: Magnus Metal Frost and Deep Ocean Tintcoat.

Inside, the cabin combines luxury and tech-forward innovation. Two interior themes are offered, both featuring Santorini Blue accents, recycled materials, carbon fiber trim, and V-Series badging. A 33-inch LED display, Google built-in interface, and AKG 19-speaker system with Dolby Atmos® elevate the digital experience. Ambient lighting varies by drive mode, adding to the sporty atmosphere.

Safety and driver assistance are front and center, with Super Cruise hands-free driving technology standard for three years. Other safety features include Blind Zone Steering Assist, Enhanced Automatic Parking, and Adaptive Cruise Control, supported by an advanced suite of sensors and cameras.

The 2026 OPTIQ-V offering an exciting combination of Cadillac’s luxury legacy and its electric future. With its confident stance, advanced powertrain, and immersive tech, the OPTIQ-V promises to redefine performance in the premium EV space.
