CASE CE Launches ‘Shilpi’ to Train Youth in Backhoe Servicing

Haryana - CASE Construction Equipment., a brand of CNH and a construction equipment manufacturer, has announced the launch of Project Shilpi, a dedicated CSR initiative aimed at equipping underprivileged youth with specialized skills in backhoe loader servicing.

Targeted at ITI graduates and diploma holders aged 18 and above, the programme offers a comprehensive three-month training that blends classroom instruction with practical experience. Participants will undergo a boot camp, 26 hours of online learning, and 520 hours of hands-on training, culminating in certification by an independent third-party body.

To ensure wider participation, the initiative includes focused outreach efforts such as rural campaigns to identify and engage eligible candidates. By aligning with the Government’s Skill India Mission and supporting Sustainable Development Goals 8 and 10, Project Shilpi aims to build a certified talent pipeline that meets the growing demand for skilled service technicians in India’s construction sector.
