Racine, Wisconsin – Case Construction Equipment., a construction equipment manufacturer, has introduced the TL100EV Electric Mini Track Loader, expanding its zero-emissions equipment range. The new model is designed as an electric alternative to the diesel-powered TL100, offering emissions-free and low-noise operation for landscaping, demolition, grounds maintenance, and light construction work.
Powered by a 102V battery system with an onboard charger, the TL100EV delivers a rated operating capacity of 1,000 pounds, matching the performance of its diesel counterpart. It is also compatible with more than 40 attachments, making it suitable for a wide range of jobsite applications.
Mr. Leandro Lecheta, Head of CNH Construction, Americas, said, “The machine is built to create more jobsite opportunities, especially in indoor or sensitive environments such as parks, schools, and hospitals, where quiet and emissions-free performance is important.”
The TL100EV features a 25 kWh battery and three electric motors, providing strong torque and reliable performance. Case CE says the electric setup also helps reduce noise, maintenance, and daily operating costs compared to diesel-powered equipment.
The machine includes a radial linkage loader arm for improved digging performance and offers enough clearance for loading trailers and dumpsters. It is available in both narrow- and wide-track configurations, allowing operators to choose between easier access in tight spaces or greater stability on the jobsite.
With the launch of the TL100EV, Case CE continues to strengthen its electric equipment portfolio and support the industry’s shift toward cleaner, more versatile construction machines.
