CASE Construction Opens First COCO Brandstore in Trichy

Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu — CASE Construction Equipment., a brand of CNH, has inaugurated its first Company-Owned, Company-Operated (COCO) Brandstore in South India, marking a significant expansion of its direct presence in the region. Located in Tiruchirappalli, the new facility strengthens CASE’s service and customer support network across Tamil Nadu.

Situated on the Trichy–Dindigul Road, the Brandstore offers improved accessibility to customers in major construction hubs including Ariyalur, Perambalur, Thanjavur, Madurai, Tirunelveli and surrounding districts. The strategic location enables faster service response and enhanced aftersales support in regions experiencing sustained infrastructure development.

The 5,300 sq. ft. facility is equipped with two service bays, a modern workshop and a warehouse stocking nearly 700 spare parts lines. It is supported by trained service engineers, mobile service vans and advanced diagnostic tools to ensure efficient maintenance and timely repairs.
