Racine, Wisconsin - CASE Construction Equipment., a brand of CNH Industrial and a construction equipment manufacturer, has introduced a series of operator-focused updates to its G Series full-size wheel loaders, aimed at improving cycle efficiency, consistency, and ease of operation across a broad range of applications such as construction, snow removal, aggregates, and agriculture.
Covering models from the 521G to the 1121G, the enhanced G Series now comes standard with intelligent automation features including Auto Dig, Auto Dump, and Auto Meter. These systems are designed to reduce cycle variability, limit over-digging, and help operators achieve more consistent bucket-fill performance. By enabling repeatable, one-touch ideal bucket-fill cycles, the updates are intended to boost productivity for operators of all experience levels, including newer crew members.
CASE has also upgraded the cab environment to improve operator comfort and convenience. The new features include premium heated and ventilated seats, a seat belt reminder light with an optional alarm, better Bluetooth connectivity, and an improved noise-canceling microphone. In addition, rear object detection technology has been added to enhance safety by providing both visual and audio alerts when hazards are detected, particularly in confined or low-visibility working conditions.
Further safety enhancements are planned for later in 2026, when CASE will introduce a factory-standard four-corner strobe light system on the G Series. The system will offer customizable strobe patterns and five color options to improve machine visibility in busy job sites and public work zones.
CASE is also expanding drivetrain options on its larger 1021G and 1121G wheel loaders with the availability of an optional hydrostatic continuously variable transmission, branded as CASE X-Drive. According to the company, this transmission can improve fuel efficiency by up to 20 percent compared with conventional systems. It is also designed to deliver smoother acceleration, improve traction, reduce tire spin, and offer better machine control on slopes and during precise truck-loading operations. Hydrostatic braking further contributes to longer brake life while helping reduce wear on axles and tires.
With these latest upgrades, CASE is strengthening the G Series wheel loader range by combining automation, comfort, safety, and efficiency enhancements to support higher productivity and more consistent performance on the job.
