Moline, ILLNOIS - Deere & Company., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, has announced several strategic leadership changes as part of its ongoing Smart Industrial Strategy, aimed at delivering intelligent, connected machines and solutions that enhance customer value.

Effective November 3, Ms. Deanna Kovar will serve as president of the Worldwide Agriculture & Turf Division: Production and Precision Ag, overseeing major equipment and technology solutions for production-scale agriculture in the Americas and Australia. Kovar previously led the company’s Small Ag & Turf business.
Mr. Justin Rose will take on the role of president of Worldwide Agriculture & Turf Division: Small Agriculture and Turf, covering Europe, Africa, and Asia. He will focus on equipment and solutions for small-scale agriculture and turf customers, including small tractors, compact utility tractors, hay and forage equipment, and turf care solutions. Rose previously served as president of Lifecycle Solutions, Supply Management, and Customer Success.
Mr. Cory Reed has been named president of Lifecycle Solutions, Supply Management, and Customer Success. Reed will oversee Deere’s global aftermarket, customer support, supply chain, precision upgrades, and business transformation initiatives, following his previous role as president of Production and Precision Ag.
