Moline, Illinois - Deere & Company., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, reported net income of USD 1.773 billion for the second quarter ended May 3, 2026, slightly lower than USD 1.804 billion reported in the same quarter last year.
For the first six months of fiscal 2026, Deere posted net income of USD 2.429 billion, compared with USD 2.673 billion in the corresponding period of 2025.
Worldwide net sales and revenues increased 5 percent to USD 13.369 billion in the second quarter of 2026. For the first six months, sales and revenues rose 8 percent to USD 22.981 billion. Net sales stood at USD 11.778 billion for the quarter and USD 19.779 billion for the six-month period.
Mr. John May, chairman and CEO of John Deere, said, “The company’s performance reflects the strength of its diversified portfolio, with strong results from the Small Agriculture and Construction & Forestry divisions.”
Deere expects net income attributable to the company for fiscal 2026 to be in the range of USD 4.5 billion to USD 5.0 billion.
The company said it remains focused on disciplined operations, continued innovation, and dealer network strength as it supports customers through challenging global agricultural market conditions.
