Bengaluru -DriveX Mobility Pvt Ltd., has launched MeetX, an AI-powered Rider Identity Engine designed to personalise the used two-wheeler buying experience. The new platform uses artificial intelligence and behavioural insights to match buyers with vehicles that best suit their riding preferences, lifestyle, and purchase priorities.
MeetX simplifies the vehicle discovery process by asking users four key questions about their riding style, budget, brand preferences, and buying priorities. Based on their responses, the AI engine categorises customers into rider profiles such as "The Beginner," "The Practical," "The Explorer," and "The Connoisseur," before recommending suitable used two-wheelers from DriveX's inventory.
Unlike conventional online marketplaces that rely heavily on search filters, MeetX uses psychographic profiling to understand a buyer's motivations, values, and riding habits. The company believes this approach will help customers find vehicles that align with their personality and ownership expectations, making the buying journey more engaging and personalised.
DriveX said the AI-led platform is designed to address "choice paralysis," a common challenge faced by customers browsing large online inventories.
