Hyundai and TVS Collaborate on Last-Mile Mobility Solutions in India

Hyundai and TVS Motor unveiled electric mobility concepts at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025, focusing on sustainable, adaptable solutions for India’s last-mile transport.

New Delhi/ Seoul- Hyundai Motor Company., has unveiled concept models of an advanced electric three-wheeler and micro four-wheeler at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. In collaboration with TVS Motor Company, Hyundai is exploring contributions to India’s last-mile mobility market. These concepts align with Hyundai's 'Progress for Humanity' vision, focusing on sustainable and adaptable transportation solutions. While no formal agreements have been made, Hyundai aims to provide design, engineering, and technology, while TVS Motor will handle manufacturing and marketing.

This commitment has driven us to explore designing micro-mobility solutions tailored to India's unique environment, reimagining the iconic three-wheeler to enhance mobility experiences through thoughtful design. Collaborating with TVS Motor, we aim to locally produce the three-wheeler while exploring global opportunities for the four-wheeler, blending intuitive functionality with the spirit of a rapidly innovating India."

Hyundai Motor, in collaboration with TVS, explores futuristic mobility solutions for India, focusing on an electric three-wheeler concept for urban mobility and a potential four-wheeler with global prospects. The eco-friendly three-wheeler is reimagined for people transport, logistics, and emergency response, featuring enhanced visibility, comfort, and accessibility. 

Hyundai Motor’s Electric Three-Wheeler Concept is designed for India’s urban mobility, featuring a compact, maneuverable design with an adjustable body height for monsoon navigation. Its unique angled windshield enhances safety, while the flat floor and extended wheelbase ensure comfort and ergonomics. The vehicle’s eco-friendly design includes water-resistant materials and a heat-reducing roof. Tailored for India’s conditions, the concept focuses on practical, sustainable solutions with adaptable interiors and a modular approach, aiming to reshape last-mile connectivity and meet evolving infrastructure needs.
