Seoul, South Korea- Hyundai Motor Company., has unveiled the refreshed IONIQ 6 and the bold new IONIQ 6 N Line at the Seoul Mobility Show 2025, further evolving its signature electrified streamliner concept.

Building on the original IONIQ 6’s award-winning design, the updated model showcases sleeker curves and refined proportions. Hyundai describes this evolution as a more natural expression of its ‘Pure Flow, Refined’ design philosophy. The facelift brings a raised hood, shark-nose profile, and extended ducktail spoiler, all contributing to enhanced aerodynamics and a cleaner silhouette. A black lower garnish flows into the doors, accentuating the car’s streamlined profile.

Front and rear design updates include slim, separated DRLs and main lamps, chrome-accented horizontal elements, and a modernized bumper layout for a wider, more high-tech look. Inside, Hyundai maintains its ‘Mindful Cocoon’ interior concept with improved comfort, premium materials, an updated steering wheel, larger climate display, and a more functional center console.

Debuting alongside it, the IONIQ 6 N Line draws inspiration from the RN22e Rolling Lab, delivering a sportier edge with sculpted wing-shaped bumpers, bold side sills, and a lower, more aggressive stance. Extensive black detailing and parametric pixel lighting give it a tech-forward, dynamic character.

In a final tease, Hyundai confirmed that the high-performance IONIQ 6 N will be officially revealed in July 2025, signaling the arrival of a true electrified performance machine in the IONIQ lineup.

Mr. Simon Loasby, Senior Vice President and Head of Hyundai Design Center, said “IONIQ 6 has evolved from a single Electrified Streamliner into a lineup, each model expressing its own character while staying true to one refined vision. Under the evolved design concept of ‘Pure Flow, Refined’, we’ve enhanced every line and detail to make IONIQ 6 simpler and more progressive.”
