Moline, Illinois - Deere & Company., an agricultural machinery manufacturer has added the new C1100T to its C-Series air cart lineup in the U.S., introducing a large-capacity trailing model designed to help farmers cover more acres between refills during tight seeding windows.
The new air cart includes core C-Series features such as AccuRate meters, the EZCal calibration system, and precision ag technology, along with integration into the John Deere Operations Center for better operational efficiency and logistics.
The AccuRate metering system uses corrosion-resistant stainless-steel meters designed for seed and fertilizer applications, while also supporting Curve Compensation and SectionCommand Pro for improved precision. The EZCal push-button calibration system makes calibration faster and easier, and the ActiveCal system helps operators monitor product levels and acres remaining.
New ease-of-use features on the C1100T include an EZLift system for handling bulk bags, a bulk bag storage platform, a 12-inch hydraulic conveyor, redesigned front platform access, and a larger 105-bushel (3.7 m³) flex tank.
John Deere also highlighted its Operations Center Logistics feature for compatible multi-tank air seeders, helping operators estimate refill timing and remaining coverage more accurately.
In addition, the AccuRate metering system is now compatible with John Deere 1910 air carts with two- and three-tank configurations. Another available upgrade is the RelativeFlow blockage system, which helps detect row-to-row flow issues before blockages affect performance.
With the launch of the C1100T, John Deere is expanding its seeding lineup with a model focused on higher capacity, easier handling, and improved precision.
