Moline, Illinois - Deere & Company., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, has introduced its new 5EN Tractor Series, aimed at meeting the evolving demands of European farmers working in vineyards, orchards, greenhouses and traditional village environments. Building on the proven foundation of the 5ML series, the 5EN range delivers a compact, agile and versatile solution tailored for specialty crop operations.

The 5EN range includes the 5075EN, 5090EN and 5105EN, designed for narrow rows and low-clearance work. With compact dimensions, wheelbases of 1,950 mm or 2,250 mm and widths from 1.35 to 1.70 metres, the tractors offer strong manoeuvrability and stability. PowerTech 2.9L and 4.5L engines deliver up to 106 hp with high fuel efficiency, with the 5075EN requiring no DEF.

The series features the proven PowrReverser transmission in 12×12 or 24×12 options, optional creeper speeds down to 0.3 km/h, and lift capacities of up to 2.4 tonnes at the rear and 1.4 tonnes at the front, supporting a wide range of implements with ease.

Mr. Scott Mackenzie, Go-To-Market Manager Tractors for Europe, said, “Customers would find the 5075EN reliable, nimble and easy to use, while also being impressed by the range of John Deere Precision Agriculture technologies available to help them monitor, manage and maximise their farms and businesses.”

The 5EN series places strong emphasis on operator comfort and technology. The 5075EN is available in both open station and cab versions, with features such as ergonomic controls, an 8-inch digital display, easy access and enhanced safety. Cab models add panoramic visibility, air conditioning and an optional Category 4 filtration system for operator protection.

All models are JDLink-enabled and compatible with AutoTrac Universal 300, supporting precision guidance at speeds as low as 0.5 km/h. Built for durability, the 5EN range includes metal fenders, protected components and simple maintenance with 500-hour service intervals.
