Moline, Illinois – Deere & Company., a construction equipment manufacturer, has introduced the new MB60 Material Boom attachment, designed to help compact loader operators lift, move and place heavy or irregularly shaped materials more efficiently on tight jobsites.
The MB60 is compatible with John Deere skid steers, compact track loaders and compact wheel loaders. It offers a rated lifting capacity of 6,000 pounds and features two hook points, giving operators flexible rigging options depending on the size, shape and balance of the load.
Designed for landscaping, general contracting and nursery applications, the attachment helps operators place materials in narrow spaces where buckets, forks or grapples may not be suitable.
John Deere said the MB60 is built to support more controlled material placement and improve operator confidence during difficult lifting tasks. The attachment also includes serrated steps to provide secure footing when entering or exiting the machine.
The MB60 is supplied without hooks, shackles or other rigging equipment, which customers must provide separately based on their application needs.
