Moline, Illinois - Deere & Company., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, has expanded its residential zero-turn mower lineup with the launch of the Z370RS Electric ZTrak Mower, its first model featuring removable battery technology.
Developed in collaboration with EGO, the mower uses the EGO 56V ARC Lithium battery system, compatible with a wide range of EGO outdoor tools including string trimmers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, and chainsaws.
Mr. Eric Halfman, go-to-market manager for riding lawn equipment at John Deere, said, “The Z370RS Electric simplifies DIY lawn care by allowing homeowners to use a single battery across multiple tools. The removable battery system provides flexibility, convenience, and eliminates the need for multiple charging stations.
The mower features a 42-inch AccelDeep Mower Deck, delivering high-quality cuts at speed, comparable to gas-powered models. Its electric engine ensures quiet operation, lower maintenance, and zero emissions. A color display offers real-time battery monitoring, while Bluetooth connectivity enables remote tracking of charge levels and maintenance via the Equipment Mobile app.
The Z370RS Electric comes with a five-year battery warranty and a three-year or 200-hour bumper-to-bumper warranty, supported by John Deere’s nationwide dealer network.
