Kia India Launches All-New Seltos
Kia launched the second-gen Seltos with a bigger body, more tech, Level-2 ADAS, multiple 1.5L engine options, and improved ownership benefits.

Delhi- Kia India Pvt Limited., has announced prices for the All-New Kia Seltos, With its second-generation update, the mid-SUV aims to reach a wider set of buyers by combining more space, stronger design, enhanced safety and new-age technology at a competitive entry price.
“The All-New Kia Seltos marks a strong evolution of a nameplate that has shaped Kia’s journey in India,” said Gwanggu Lee, Managing Director & CEO, Kia India. He added that Kia’s objective with the new model is to raise standards across space, safety, technology and overall ownership experience, while delivering stronger value to customers—supporting the brand’s focus on regaining momentum and market share in the mid-SUV category.
Production of the All-New Seltos has already begun at Kia’s Anantapur facility, and the price announcement signals the start of a planned ramp-up in production and deliveries.
The All-New Seltos has grown in size, with a segment-leading length of 4,460 mm, width of 1,830 mm and a longer 2,690 mm wheelbase, improving cabin room and road presence. The exterior adopts Kia’s “Opposites United” design direction with elements such as the new Digital Tiger Face, automatic streamline door handles, and a dynamic welcome function featuring Ice Cube LED projection headlamps. Other highlights include 18-inch sporty crystal-cut alloy wheels with neon brake calipers, an integrated rear spoiler with a hidden rear wiper, and a more modern overall stance.
Kia will offer the SUV in 10 monotone colours, including two new shades: Morning Haze and Magma Red.
Inside, the Seltos features a 30-inch (75.18 cm) Trinity panoramic display panel, paired with a dual-tone leatherette-wrapped double D-cut steering wheel. Kia also highlights an 8-speaker Bose audio system and a connected-tech ecosystem designed for everyday convenience, including Smart Key proximity unlock and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
Comfort additions include a 10-way power driver seat with power lumbar support, a relaxation function with memory seat and ORVM sync, ventilated front seats, a welcome retract seat feature, and a dual-pane panoramic sunroof—focused on both daily usability and long-distance comfort.
The All-New Seltos is built on Kia’s global K3 platform, making its India debut. Kia says the new architecture improves structural rigidity, ride comfort, refinement, stability, and noise insulation. Safety features include a 24-standard safety pack with six airbags, ABS, hill-start assist and more. The SUV also introduces Level-2 ADAS with 21 autonomous features aimed at improving driver confidence across different road conditions.
Kia is offering the Seltos with three engine options: Smartstream 1.5 petrol, Smartstream 1.5 T-GDI petrol, and a 1.5 CRDi VGT diesel. Transmission choices include 6MT, 6iMT, IVT, 7DCT and 6AT. The model will be sold in HTE, HTK, HTX and GTX/X-Line trims, supported by four option packs—HTE(O), HTK(O), HTX(A) and GTX(A)/X-Line(A)—focused on convenience and styling, premium features, ADAS, and X-Line design enhancements.
To strengthen the ownership proposition, Kia is offering support through the MyKia app for service booking, cost estimates, live consultations and service streaming via Kia Krystal. The brand also highlights customer programs such as extended warranty up to 7 years, personalised service plans under My Convenience, and roadside assistance for up to 8 years.
Manufactured in Anantapur, the All-New Kia Seltos targets the fast-growing mid-SUV market with aggressive pricing and a feature-rich package across the line-up, including strong core features from base variants onwards—aimed at giving customers more choice across value, performance, technology and design.
