Blagrove SN5, 8YU Swindon- MAN Truck & Bus UK Ltd., is excited to take part in the Road Transport Expo 2025 (RTX) in Stoneleigh on 24-26 June 2025, Warwickshire. At Stand Y2, they’ll showcase a full range of commercial vehicles from the compact 3.5-tonne TGE van to the large TGX tractor unit. These vehicles are known for being reliable, efficient, and comfortable for drivers.
One of the biggest highlights this year will be the UK debut of two new electric trucks: the MAN eTGS 20.449 and the eTGS 28.449. These electric trucks are designed for city and regional deliveries and can go up to 750 km on a single charge—without needing to stop and recharge in between. They are part of MAN’s plan to help reduce emissions and support cleaner transport.
Mr. Stefan Thyssen, Managing Director of MAN Truck & Bus UK, said, RTX is an important event where they can meet customers, show off new vehicles, and talk about how MAN is helping companies move towards electric transport. This year, they are proud to introduce more electric models after successfully launching the eTGX tractor last year.
Visitors can check out the eTGS 28.449, a 6x2 electric truck with a strong motor, five large batteries, and a smart design that makes it easier to drive in tight spaces. It also comes with advanced safety features and a modern driver cabin with a comfortable seat, large screen, air conditioning, and even a fridge.
The smaller eTGS 20.449 electric truck will also be shown. It has four batteries, a slightly lighter build, and the same great comfort and safety features. Both trucks are ready for real-world work and help companies cut down on fuel and maintenance costs.
MAN will also showcase a fully electric eTGX 4x2 tractor in the colors of Bannister Transport, the first UK company to buy one. This model has six batteries, strong pulling power, and a large GX cab for long-distance driving. It’s ideal for clean, electric transport across the UK.
Another version of the eTGX 4x2 tractor will be shown in MAN’s signature Arctic Blue paint. This electric truck is already available to order in the UK and comes with top-tier comfort, smart tech, and powerful performance.
For those interested in diesel options, MAN is displaying the powerful TGX 26.640, a 6x2 tractor with a 640 PS engine and lots of luxury features inside. It includes a microwave, coffee maker, TV, and a comfy bed—perfect for long-haul drivers who want a bit of home on the road.
From the construction segment, MAN will show the TGS 35.480 8x4 tipper. It’s built tough for heavy loads and off-road work, with strong suspension and advanced safety tech to support drivers on tough sites.
The popular TGE van range will also be on display. The TGE 3.180 4x2 panel van offers great load space, a modern touch display, and lots of safety systems. The TGE 3.200 4x4 is built for off-road conditions with smart all-wheel drive. The TGE 3.140 low-frame Luton van is great for deliveries, thanks to its low step-in height and large cargo box.
The TGE 3.160 rear-wheel-drive van in Black Pearl is another option with plenty of safety features and space for cargo. It’s designed for both comfort and performance.
MAN is also bringing two used trucks under its TopUsed program. The TGX 26.470 and TGX 26.510 are pre-owned but fully inspected and certified by MAN. They come with modern features and flexible finance plans.
At RTX 2025, visitors will also have the chance to test drive three MAN vehicles, including an electric eTGX, a TGX driver training truck, and a TGE panel van. MAN’s professional trainers will be there to help with tips and advice. Two trailer companies—DawsonGroup and Lawrence David—have supported this demo with special trailers built for real-world performance.
