Bolechowo-Osiedle, Poland- Solaris Bus & Coach sp. z o.o., a commercial vehicle manufacture, has received another order for hydrogen-powered Urbino 12 hydrogen buses, the German carrier Oberbergische Verkehrgesellschaft mBH (OVAG)., has ordered 15 unit of hydrogen-powered Urbino 12 buses. These buses will strengthen Gummersbach's public transport fleet, promoting sustainable mobility in Germany. Delivery is scheduled for 2025.

Mr. Olivier Michard, Member of the Management Board of Solaris for Sales and Marketing, said "The high interest in Solaris hydrogen buses confirms the global changes in urban mobility. I am pleased that more and more cities are investing in sustainable public transport development, which is one of the few areas genuinely ready to fulfill the mission of emission neutrality. I am glad that our brand's vehicles are a symbol of this change."

The order includes 15 Solaris Urbino 12 hydrogen buses featuring 70 kW fuel cells and Solaris High Power traction batteries for peak electricity demand. These buses will also include a 160 kW central electric motor and heat pumps for heating.
