Delhi- Krishna Group’s Metals Division, SKH Sheet Metals Componenet Pvt Ltd., an existing sheet metal auto-component manufacturer, has entered into a strategic alliance with Magna International Inc., for Body and Chassis operations in India. The new partnership, SKH M, represents a major milestone in SKH’s expansion strategy and strengthens its position in the automotive components sector.
Building on two decades of international partnerships, SKH has collaborated with leaders from Spain, Italy, Japan, and Canada, showcasing its global expertise. This new alliance with Magna will combine SKH’s lean manufacturing with Magna’s advanced technology to innovate Chassis and Body-in-White (BIW) Systems. The partnership aims to enhance products, expand market reach, and advance automotive technology.
