Punjab - Sonalika Tractors., a part of International Tractors Limited (ITL) and a tractor manufacturer, has started 2025 with its highest-ever January sales, sold a total of 10,350 tractors. This marks a notable increase from the 9,769 tractors sold in January 2024, reflecting strong growth and demand.

This achievement comes against a backdrop of favorable agricultural conditions, including rising water reservoir levels and La Nina patterns likely to enhance Rabi crop acreage. Additionally, the central government’s budget focus on agriculture as a key driver of economic growth bolsters the industry's outlook.

Sonalika's January 2025 sales saw a notable rise from the 9,769 units sold in January 2024. The company is committed to supporting the Indian government's focus on agriculture as a key economic growth driver. By offering powerful, efficient, and reliable equipment, Sonalika aims to play a vital role in this growth journey.

Mr. Raman Mittal, Joint Managing Director at International Tractors Limited (Sonalika & Solis), said, “2025 has begun with a ‘Maha Achievement’ as we are proud to have achieved our highest-ever January overall sales of 10,350 tractors. This milestone is deeply rooted in the trust of our farmers, the strength of our integrity, and our relentless pursuit of innovation. By seamlessly blending modern technology with a farmer-first approach, we continue to ensure that every Sonalika tractor is a heavy-duty partner in driving prosperity and progress.”

Sonalika aims for growth in southern, western, and central India, with La Nina boosting Rabi crop acreage and tractor demand. The company will focus on customized tractors and farmer prosperity. Strong January 2025 sales and continued domestic growth reinforce Sonalika's leadership in the Indian tractor market, with innovation and customer satisfaction driving future expansion.
