Toyota Unveils Urban Cruiser Hyryder Aero Edition

Bangalore- Toyota Kirloskar Motor Private Limited (TKM)., has launched the Urban Cruiser Hyryder Aero Edition, a new limited-edition styling package that enhances the SUV’s premium and sporty appeal. The Aero Edition adds distinctive design elements for customers who seek sophistication, individuality, and modern comfort.

The Aero Edition comes with an exclusive styling kit that includes a Front Spoiler, Rear Spoiler, and Side Skirts. These additions give the Hyryder a more dynamic and aggressive look while improving its aerodynamic efficiency. The package is available in four colour options – White, Silver, Black, and Red – and will be offered through all Toyota dealerships across India.

Since its launch in 2022, the Urban Cruiser Hyryder has become one of India’s most popular SUVs, crossing the 168,000-unit sales milestone. Built on Toyota’s global SUV legacy, the Hyryder blends bold styling, advanced technology, and strong performance. With the new Aero Edition, Toyota aims to further strengthen the SUV’s stylish image and on-road presence.

The Hyryder has set new standards in the B-SUV segment with its self-charging strong hybrid electric powertrain, offering excellent fuel efficiency and smooth performance. It is available in two powertrains – the Self-Charging Strong Hybrid Electric Vehicle (SHEV) and the Neo Drive. The hybrid version uses an e-drive transmission and can run up to 40% of the distance and 60% of the time on electric power, achieving a mileage of 27.97 km/l. The Neo Drive features a 1.5-litre K-series engine with 5-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmission options, offered in both 2WD and 4WD.

On the outside, the Hyryder stands out with its Crystal Acrylic Grille, signature twin LED DRLs, sculpted lines, and 17-inch alloy wheels. Inside, it offers a premium experience with ventilated leather seats, a panoramic sunroof, 9-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, ambient lighting, and a 360-degree camera. The SUV also includes features like rear recline seats, rear AC vents, USB charging ports, and a 60:40 split rear seat, making it ideal for modern families.

Toyota further enhances the ownership experience with 66 exclusive accessories, a 3-year/100,000 km warranty (extendable to 5 years/220,000 km), and an 8-year/160,000 km hybrid battery warranty.
