VinFast Launches VF 6 Electric SUV in Indonesia

Jakarta, Indonesia- VinFast has officially launched the VF 6, a mid-size B-segment electric SUV, in Indonesia. This marks a significant step in the company's rapid market expansion across the archipelago. With a growing network of showrooms, service centers, and V-GREEN charging stations, VinFast is enhancing accessibility while contributing to Indonesia’s green mobility goals.

The VF 6 is available in two trims Eco and Plus priced at IDR 384,995,000 and IDR 439,600,000 (Jakarta OTR), respectively. Deliveries are expected to begin in June 2025. Early adopters can enjoy limited-time offers including IDR 20 million cashback, free charging at V-GREEN stations until March 1, 2028, and accessory packages worth over IDR 13 million for orders placed before June 30, 2025.

Designed for young families and urban drivers, the VF 6 offers compact exterior dimensions (4,241 x 1,834 x 1,580 mm) and a generous 2,730 mm wheelbase, providing interior space comparable to larger vehicles. The Eco trim is powered by a 130 kW (174 hp) motor with 250 Nm of torque and up to 480 km range (NEDC), while the Plus trim offers 150 kW (201 hp), 310 Nm, and approximately 460 km range.

The VF 6 boasts a sleek, modern exterior crafted by the renowned Torino Design studio, featuring VinFast’s signature wing-shaped LED lights, dual chrome body lines, hidden door handles, and 18-inch alloy wheels. Inside, a 12.9-inch touchscreen, D-cut steering wheel, and 18 customizable driving modes enhance the driving experience.

For safety, the VF 6 is equipped with an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) that includes 22 standard features such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Highway Driving Assist, Traffic Jam Assist, 360° HD camera, and Automatic Emergency Braking. The vehicle’s structure, IP67-rated components, and functional safety design ensure top-tier occupant protection.

VinFast backs the VF 6 with an industry-leading 7-year/160,000 km vehicle warranty and an 8-year unlimited mileage battery warranty, ensuring long-term peace of mind for owners.
