Minnesota, USA - Virnig Manufacturing., an attachments manufacturer, has refreshed its brush cutter lineup with new models, expanded configurations and design upgrades aimed at meeting today’s job site demands. The updated range keeps the company’s focus on durability, performance and reliability while giving operators more options across different applications.
The redesigned lineup includes expanded V40 series configurations with additional widths and flow options. The V60 open front model has been redefined as a three-blade contractor-grade cutter, while the four-blade model now moves into the premium V70 series. Virnig has also made optional pressure gauges and carbide teeth available on more models.
Across the lineup, Virnig has strengthened the cutter deck with wider full-length top deck channels, replaceable skid shoes with extended taper, angled rear deck corners for improved material flow and added grip tape for safer entry, exit and servicing.
The company says the new lineup is designed to deliver long-term value with comparable or improved pricing, standard hydraulic braking, proven hydraulic and drivetrain components and continued product support.
Mr. Tyler Monson, product manager at Virnig Manufacturing, saiid, “The update was developed after reviewing how customers use brush cutters in the field. The goal was to provide more options, improve durability in key areas and ensure dependable performance in demanding daily operations.”
The updated V40 closed front brush cutter is positioned for rental fleets and high-use applications. It features hydraulic braking, a standard front chain curtain, replaceable skid shoes, expanded cut widths of 60, 66, 72 and 78 inches, and four motor options covering 14–32 GPM flow.
