Chennai - WABCO India Ltd of Chennai, a part of ZF Group’s Commercial Vehicle Control Systems Division has got all approvals for renaming Wabco India Ltd. as ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India (ZF CVCS India), post-acquisition of WABCO by ZF in May 2020.
Mr. P. Kaniappan, head – Commercial Vehicle Solutions in India said, “We are very pleased to unify under the ZF brand in India following the successful integration process. This is the latest step in the ‘Refresh India’ strategy we announced last year to strengthen and grow the ZF brand in India. By leveraging synergies as part of ZF, we are uniquely positioned to offer the next generation of solutions and services for commercial vehicles and fleets in India and world-wide.”
