Amsterdam, Netherland- Xpeng Inc., an electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer and innovation and AI-driven technology, has officially unveiled the new versions of its Ultra Smart Coupe SUV G6 and Ultra Smart Premium SUV G9 for the European market.
Both the new XPENG G6 and G9 come equipped with XPENG’s advanced full-domain 800V high-voltage SiC platform and industry-leading 5C supercharging batteries, enabling some of the fastest charging speeds in their class. The XPENG G9 now supports ultra-fast charging up to 525 kW, while the XPENG G6 achieves up to 451 kW—allowing a 10-80% state of charge in just 12 minutes.
At the heart of these upgrades is the industry-first use of 5C lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries across all trims. These next-generation batteries eliminate the need for cobalt and nickel, making
XPENG advances smart mobility with its upgraded intelligent driving suite, which includes a MicroFiber capacitance steering wheel, a powerful new driving chip, and single-pixel Lofic architecture that delivers clearer, longer-range, and more precise perception for enhanced safety and control.
Inside the cabin, both SUVs benefit from a high-performance cockpit chip and now come standard with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, offering seamless smartphone integration and a more intelligent, connected driving experience.
The new XPENG G6 features a significant redesign inside and out. A new Starlight Wing LED light bar stretches across the front, flanked by integrated turn signals and a redesigned rear diffuser for a sleeker profile. A standout new color, Stellar Purple, debuts with a low-saturation, metallic matte finish that transitions from deep to light purple under varying light—adding a sophisticated, futuristic edge to the coupe-SUV’s flowing silhouette.
Inside, the G6 boasts a Super Star-Ring Interior Design, which revamps over 60% of the cabin. Premium materials, ambient lighting, a sleek dashboard, and a new capacitive steering wheel elevate the overall ambiance. Available in Dark Gray and Light Gray themes, the G6 blends comfort, modernity, and high-tech appeal. The front seats now include massage functionality and lumbar support, enhancing long-distance comfort.
The updated XPENG G9 arrives in a dramatic Black Edition, featuring deep midnight black paint, blacked-out wheels and logos, and striking orange brake calipers for a bold contrast. Inside, it’s all about first-class luxury—with ultra-comfortable seats featuring 10-point massage functions and a three-layer panoramic sunroof that improves insulation and openness, creating a relaxing and high-end driving environment.
