Kuehne+Nagel International Implements New Regional Structure

Bremen, Germany- Kuehne+Nagel International's Board of Directors has greenlit a new reporting structure, emphasizing direct reporting from country organizations. The goal is to boost productivity and support profitable expansion. This revamped setup aims to streamline decision-making and rapidly adjust strategies to market dynamics, promoting agility in operations.

Dr. Joerg Wolle, Chairman of Kuehne+Nagel International, said that "With the discontinuation of the regional management levels, the Kuehne+Nagel Group is streamlining its organizational structure and creating the conditions for further efficiency gains, to be able to act even faster and more flexibly in an increasingly dynamic global trade environment"

By simplifying roles, the company aims to enhance customer relations and ensure global consistency. Regional responsibilities will be integrated into Group functions, with the Management Board now receiving direct reports from Cluster and National Managers. This shift is expected to improve efficiency and align the organization more closely with market demands.
