Date: April 23, 2025
Lincolnshire, UK – DEERE & COMPANY., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, is set to make a major impact at Cereals 2025 Show, take place on June 11th and 12th at Roy Ward Farms, Lincolnshire, UK, with the showcase of the world’s largest production tractor, the 9RX 830, alongside a range of cutting-edge spraying technology. The 9RX 830, a 913hp tracked machine, promises to deliver unprecedented power, comfort, and productivity for large-scale farming operations.
The 9RX 830 will be a key highlight, offering visitors a first look at this all-new model designed for enhanced performance and operator comfort. Alongside this giant tractor, John Deere will also feature three sprayers: the 340M self-propelled sprayer, and the R740i and R962i trailed models. These sprayers are equipped with the latest application technology to improve efficiency and accuracy for farmers.
Mr. Chris Wiltshire, John Deere Tactical Marketing Manager, said, “We’re excited to showcase the new products and solutions we’re bringing to farms across the UK and Ireland this year. At Cereals 2025, farmers will get to explore how our latest equipment can optimize their operations.”
The 340M, featuring a maximum boom width of 36 meters, is especially maneuverable for narrow access roads and irregular fields, while its large diameter tyres ensure minimum ground pressure.
For those interested in trailed sprayers, the R740i model boasts the unique PowrSpray dual-circuit system, allowing for faster filling and higher efficiency, resulting in more hectares sprayed per day. The larger R962i sprayer, with a 36-meter boom, will showcase John Deere’s See & Spray technology. This system uses advanced sensors to detect and target green weeds on brown soil, improving application accuracy and reducing chemical usage. The R962i will also feature the new Individual Nozzle Control (INC) Pro, a technology upgrade that ensures consistent application rates regardless of sprayer speed, minimizing waste and reducing costs for operators.
In addition, John Deere will display a variety of tractors, including the new 5M, 6M, and the tracked 8RX 410 with eAutoPowr. The 5M is a versatile machine, designed for tasks both in the field and on the farmyard, featuring new transmissions and integrated AutoTrac functionality. With a range of models from 95hp to 250hp, the new 6M tractors offer power, durability, and speed, with a top speed of 50kph and a new corner post display for easier operation.
Cereals 2025 will provide farmers with an exciting opportunity to explore the latest innovations from John Deere, which continues to lead the way in agricultural machinery with a focus on productivity, precision, and sustainability.
