New Delhi -Keeway India, a premium two-wheeler manufacturer, has launched the Hypevolt-R electric scooter in India. Designed for riders seeking performance, advanced technology, and everyday practicality, the new scooter combines a long riding range with modern connectivity and safety features.
Mr. Vikas Jhabakh, Managing Director, Keeway India, said, "The Hypevolt-R marks an important milestone for Keeway in India. It is designed to meet the growing demand for an electric scooter that offers performance, technology, design, and everyday practicality in one package."
The Hypevolt-R is powered by a 5.04 kWh dual removable battery pack paired with a mid-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor that delivers 12 kW of peak power and 72 Nm of torque. It offers an IDC-certified range of up to 180 km, a top speed of 115 km/h, and can be charged from 0 to 80% in around three hours.
The scooter features Eco, Normal, and Sport riding modes, along with traction control, dual-channel ABS, hill hold control, hill descent control, cruise control, blind spot detection, and a rear reverse camera. Other highlights include a 5-inch TFT display, Bluetooth connectivity, USB charging ports, and 27 litres of under-seat storage.
The Keeway Hypevolt-R is available in Crystal White and Platinum Grey, with deliveries expected to begin soon through Keeway India's authorised dealership network.
