Atlanta, United States- Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA)., has announced a leadership transition within its North American operations. Effective September 1, Mr. Jee-Seop Kim will take over as Head of Sales & Marketing for Mercedes-Benz Vans North America. He succeeds Mr. Heike Scheuble, who will retire on September 2 after an accomplished career spanning over 40 years with Mercedes-Benz.

Heike Scheuble is retiring after an impressive career spanning more than four decades with Mercedes-Benz, beginning in 1980 at Daimler-Benz. Over the years, she held numerous leadership roles across Europe and the U.S., making a lasting impact in areas such as warranty, product management, and aftersales. Since joining the Mercedes-Benz USA Vans team in 2015, Scheuble has been instrumental in driving sustained profitable growth, building a high-performing and diverse team, launching innovative aftersales strategies, and strengthening relationships with customers and dealers alike.
Succeeding her, Jee-Seop Kim steps into the role of Head of Sales & Marketing, Mercedes-Benz Vans North America, bringing with him over 20 years of international leadership experience with the brand. Since joining Mercedes-Benz in 2002, Kim has held key positions in sales, aftersales, and customer service across the U.S., Germany, and Korea. As Head of Customer Services at Mercedes-Benz Korea, he led strong aftersales growth and earned several service quality awards. Most recently, since 2023, he has led the Customer Services organization at Mercedes-Benz USA, where he helped stabilize operations, boost growth, and reinforce trust within the dealer network during a time of major industry transformation.
