Schaeffler India appoints new President- Automotive Technologies

Pune- Schaeffler India Limited., an industrial and automotive supplier today announced the appointment of Aashish Bhatia as President Automotive Technologies (Automotive OE business).

In his role, Aashish Bhatia will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy of the Automotive OE business. Mr. Bhatia will be based at the corporate office in Baner and will report to Harsha Kadam, Managing Director & CEO of Schaeffler India and will be part of the Executive Leadership Team of Schaeffler India.

Mr. Bhatia holds a career experience in diverse portfolios such in product engineering, automotive electronics development, program management, and general management, spanning over 25 years. Most recently, he served as President of Visteon India. In the past he has held several senior management positions at organizations such as Inteva Products, Hella, Delphi, and GE.

Mr. Bhatia a bachelorette in electronics engineering from Marathwada University, a master’s degree in design engineering from IIT Delhi, and holds a degree in executive general management from IIM Bangalore.

Previously, Schaeffler India Limited appointed Ms. Hardevi Vazirani as Director Finance and Chief Financial Officer, thus accounting a second Managerial role appointment in this month.
