This decision was made during the Board of Directors' meeting held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Mr. Amit Kalyani's current tenure as Joint Managing Director will conclude on May 10, 2024, pending approval from the company's shareholders.

Mr. Amit Kalyani has been associated with Bharat Forge since 1999, initially focusing on operations & manufacturing before transitioning to IT and Finance roles. He has served as the Company’s Executive Director since May 2004, contributing significantly to strategic acquisitions and business diversification. His current focus is on modernizing HR practices and processes to drive organic and inorganic growth, including the adoption of new age technologies.

At Bharat Forge, Mr. Amit Kalyani has made substantial contributions to ESG emission reduction, increasing the overall ESG score of the Company, promoting renewable energy consumption, digitization, and enhancing Company policies through digital advancements to improve operations and productivity.

He is actively involved in various committees of the Government of India related to manufacturing, education, skill development, and bilateral relations.
