Chennai –Ashok Leyland Ltd of Chennai, a manufacturer of commercial vehicles has launched Ecomet Star 11151 CNG truck in 11.4T GVW category.

The much-awaited ecomet STAR 1115 will address logistic needs our customers operating in FMCG, Auto components, Parcel load, and Beverages.”
1The Ecomet Star 1115 of 11.4tgvw is powered by H series CNG turbocharged engine which produces 106kW (144HP) and 450 Nm torque which is fitted with 6 speed synchromesh (6F+1R)(cable shift). It comes with three CNG cylinder options – 360, 450 and 480-litres. Customers can choose from three load span options: 17-feet, 20-feet and 22-feet. The ladder chassis is fitted with semi elliptical suspension at front and back. Furthermore, the truck is also said to feature a spacious, durable, state-of-the-art interior, all equipped with a new digital dashboard with Advance Driver Assist technology, enhanced telematics (i-Alert), remote diagnostics, and 24-hour customer service through the company's Uptime Solution Centre.
