Ashok Leyland launched its new Ecomet Start 1115 CNG

The new Ecomet STAR 1115 will address logistic needs our customers operating in FMCG, Auto components, Parcel load, and Beverages.

Chennai –Ashok Leyland Ltd of Chennai, a manufacturer of commercial vehicles has launched Ecomet Star 1115¹ CNG truck in 11.4T GVW category.

The much-awaited ecomet STAR 1115 will address logistic needs our customers operating in FMCG, Auto components, Parcel load, and Beverages.”

¹The Ecomet Star 1115 of 11.4tgvw is powered by H series CNG turbocharged engine which produces 106kW (144HP) and 450 Nm torque which is fitted with 6 speed synchromesh (6F+1R)(cable shift). It comes with three CNG cylinder options – 360, 450 and 480-litres. Customers can choose from three load span options: 17-feet, 20-feet and 22-feet. The ladder chassis is fitted with semi elliptical suspension at front and back.  Furthermore, the truck is also said to feature a spacious, durable, state-of-the-art interior, all equipped with a new digital dashboard with Advance Driver Assist technology, enhanced telematics (i-Alert), remote diagnostics, and 24-hour customer service through the company's Uptime Solution Centre.
