Mumbai- Tata Motors Limiteda commercial vehicle manufacturer, in collaboration with its authorized distributor, Tata Africa Holdings Limited, has officially launched its successful line of versatile heavy-duty trucks – the Ultra T.9 and Ultra T.14 – in South Africa. Tailored to meet the growing demand for safer, more intelligent, and environmentally friendly cargo transportation, the Ultra series is well-suited for various conventional and specialized logistics applications, including bakery, FMCG, white goods, agriculture, and construction. Engineered for heightened productivity, the Ultra range boasts best-in-class power, torque, and fuel efficiency, contributing to a lower total cost of ownership (TCO).

The robustly constructed Ultra trucks feature a walk-through cabin, power steering, dashboard-mounted gear lever, booster-assisted clutch, and a mechanically suspended seat, ensuring safe and fatigue-free driving. Powered by Tata Motors' globally proven turbocharged diesel engines – the Ultra T.9 with a 3.3L engine and the Ultra T.14 with a 5.0L engine – these vehicles offer a reliable solution for efficiently transporting heavy loads across long distances and challenging terrains.
