San Diego, United States- EROAD., a provider of fleet performance management  recently announced a number of product updates in order to assist fleet customers in enhancing driver safety, streamlining operations, and enhancing supply chain visibility. For simpler tax filing and fuel consumption analysis, EROAD's Clarity Dashcam, refrigerated trailer door sensor, and route planner have all received updates. New fuel card connections have also been offered.

Recent technology enhancements include:

  • New fuel card integrations - By automatically integrating fuel usage data from fuel card transactions, you can eliminate manual fuel transaction uploads across your whole fleet and monitor fuel usage within a single platform.
  • Enhancements to the EROAD Clarity Dashcam - To increase drivers' safety, give coaches more visibility into coaching possibilities, and make it simple to spot risky driving practices, reduce manual effort and further streamline evaluations. Hyperlapse technology also speeds up event investigation by enabling quick examinations of larger video records, up to 15 minutes long.
  • Updated Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) capability for heavy vehicles in the truck-centric routing ETA tool to more precisely design routes based on fleet, route, and cargo characteristics.
  • Advanced cold chain sensors – Advanced wireless door sensors are faster to install, simpler to operate, and more economical than conventional cable sensors. They communicate wirelessly to CoreHub Xtreme, the telematic gateway device from EROAD.
