Alexander Dennis Supplies 57 units coach to Abbey Coaches

Larbert, United Kingdom- Alexander Dennis Limited., a subsidiary of NFI Group Inc., a bus manufacturer, they announced that it has supplied a further Plaxton Panther coach to Abbey Coaches Limited., of Glasgow.

Abbey Coaches has expanded its fleet with a new 57-seater Plaxton Panther, delivered in late 2023. Built on a Volvo B8R chassis, it meets PSV Accessibility Regulations (PSVAR) with features like destination displays and a side-mounted wheelchair lift.

Mr. Christine Walker, who manages Abbey Coaches along with her son Graeme, said, “Last year’s Plaxton Panther has smoothly settled into our fleet and it’s great to be adding this additional coach now. We’ll be using it on private hires and tours, for which the versatility of Plaxton coaches is ideal.”
