A.M.A. S.p.A. Acquires C.M.R. Agri division

A.M.A. S.p.A. has acquired the agriculture division of C.M.R. Group S.p.A., and the deal was finalized.

Reggio Emilia, Italy - A.M.A. S.p.A. (Accessori Macchine Agricole)., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, has completed the acquisition of the agriculture division of C.M.R. Group S.p.A. (Costruzioni Meccaniche Reggiane)., a mechanical components manufacturer. Initiated in November 2024 with a binding agreement, now the deal was finalized.

A.M.A. S.p.A. financed the acquisition through a consortium of banks, including Banco BPM S.p.A., Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A., Crédit Agricole Italia S.p.A., and UniCredit S.p.A. This strategic move reinforces A.M.A.’s commitment to enhancing its global market leadership and driving the development of innovative solutions.
