A.M.A. S.p.A. has acquired the agriculture division of C.M.R. Group S.p.A., and the deal was finalized.
Date: February 15, 2025Reggio Emilia, Italy - A.M.A. S.p.A. (Accessori Macchine Agricole)., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, has completed the acquisition of the agriculture division of C.M.R. Group S.p.A. (Costruzioni Meccaniche Reggiane)., a mechanical components manufacturer. Initiated in November 2024 with a binding agreement, now the deal was finalized.
