Scharding, Austria - Einbock GmbH., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, has introduced RAZOR Flat Cultivator. The RAZOR expands Einbock's tillage portfolio with a cutting-edge tool designed for razor-sharp, ultra-flat, full-surface tillage. Combining exceptional precision, flexibility, and user-friendliness, the RAZOR features an ultra-flat, precise cut and a high frame clearance to handle organic material with ease.
The RAZOR flat cultivator ensures maximum adaptability with quick depth guidance adjustments between rollers or tractor-profile wheels. Front wheels enhance soil adaptation for precise ultra-shallow tillage. At the rear, three-row parallelogram-guided weeder tines uproot weeds, roots, and grasses, leaving them on the surface to dry.
The RAZOR flat cultivator features HERKULES spring-loaded S-tines with internal reinforcing springs for precise stability, full-surface cutting, and accurate depth control. The tines flexible movement creates a chisel effect for effective uprooting and soil loosening. Duckfoot sweeps, spaced 15 cm apart, provide up to 9 cm of overlap for optimal coverage.
The RAZOR’s fully hydraulic adjustment allows precise, time-saving machine settings directly from the tractor cab. Whether adjusting the working depth or fine-tuning weeder tines, it ensures user-friendliness and optimal results.
The RAZOR excels in ultra-shallow cultivation, reducing wear, fuel consumption, and operating costs. This is an effective mechanical alternative to herbicides, perfect for cover crop incorporation in spring or flat stubble cultivation in summer. With razor-sharp sweeps, it delivers precise cutting to a depth of 12 cm (4.5”).
