Moorhead, Minnesota - Ignite Attachments., an agricultural equipments manufacturer, has expanded its lineup with two new implements designed for compact tractors: a box plane for precise leveling and grading, and a grapple for efficient material handling.
The box plane merges the functionality of a box blade and a land grader, offering 48-, 60-, and 72-inch width options. Designed for site preparation, landscaping, and driveway maintenance, it streamlines operations by eliminating the need to switch between separate implements for loosening and leveling materials.
The device features a versatile convertible rear gate, allowing it to function as both a planer and a grader. When the gate is closed, it acts as a planer, efficiently moving and carrying material. When opened, it transforms into a grader, providing enhanced leveling capabilities.
The box plane features multiple scarifier shanks with three height adjustment settings for breaking up compacted material, a reinforced heavy-duty steel frame for durability, and a removable forward cutting edge for added versatility. The box plane is designed for compatibility with compact tractors ranging from 20 to 60 gross horsepower. It supports Category 1 three-point hitches, including quick-hitch setups, ensuring easy attachment and seamless operation.
The new grapple for compact tractors is designed for lifting brush, logs, and debris with ease. Available in 48- and 60-inch widths, it enhances material handling efficiency for various tasks.
The 48-inch grapple model weighs 227 pounds with a 35.9-inch opening, while the 60-inch model weighs 366 pounds and opens to 43 inches. Designed for optimal weight distribution, the grapple allows operators to maximize their tractor’s rated lifting capacity efficiently.
The grapple is built with high-strength clamping force for secure material handling and offers compatibility with universal quick-attach or hook-and-pin connections. It also features faster flat-faced couplers that can connect under pressure for improved efficiency.
