Inalfa Roof Systems Group appoints Georges Andary as new President and Chief Executive Officer.

Venray, Netherlands- Inalfa Roof Systems Group., an automotive industry, has appointed Mr. Georges Andary as the company's new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Georges Andary brings to his new position more than 28 years of executive leadership expertise in the automotive sector. Throughout his lengthy tenure, he has proven to possess in-depth market knowledge, strategic insights, and management, development, and business development ability.

Nearly all of the main vehicle brands are served by integrated roof systems developed and produced by Inalfa Roof Systems. Both shareholder BHAP and the Supervisory Board are confident that Mr. Andary and his leadership team will further strengthen Inalfa's position as the automotive industry's top partner for roof systems and integrated technologies by placing a strong emphasis on customer relations, integrated collaboration, individual ownership, and a commitment to continuous innovation.
