Mumbai-Isuzu Motors India Private Limited, an automotive manufacture has inaugurated a state-of-the-art 'Isuzu Skill Development and Experience Centre' in Noida, focusing on training ISUZU dealer technicians to support the company's network growth. This facility is designed to elevate service standards and improve customer satisfaction by ensuring that technicians are well-trained in delivering high-quality products and services.

The facility, situated in Sector-10, will offer extensive training for service personnel, including service managers, advisors, and technicians from ISUZU’s dealer partners across the northern and surrounding regions.

The center includes a brand experience area showcasing two vehicles in a thematic display. This new facility builds on the established skill development center in Chennai, which has been in operation since 2014.

The training program at the Noida facility will cover a range of technical aspects related to ISUZU vehicles, emphasizing service expertise and skill improvement. It will feature both classroom instruction and hands-on practice in live work bays, addressing everything from standard maintenance to advanced drivetrain management. The center can accommodate 15-20 dealer personnel per session, with each session led by specialized ISUZU service coaches.

Mr. Toru Kishimoto, Deputy Managing Director of Isuzu Motors India, said, “The Company’s commitment to training and development as a key aspect of providing high-quality service. He noted that skill development for dealer technicians plays an important role in maintaining service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. The new facility will also prepare the national team of technicians for the biennial 'I-1 Grand Prix World Technical Competition,' where Team India has previously ranked in the top 10 among 24 participating countries.”
