EVEY Trans is to procure the buses from Olectra Greentech and to deliver the same by 24 months.

Mumbai- Olectra Greentech., and EVEY Trans Private Limited has received Letter of Intent for Supply from the Maharastra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) worth INR 10,000 crores.
This intent cover the scope of Supply, Operation and Maintance of 5,150 Electric Buses and allied Electrical and Civil Infrastructure on Gross Cost Contract Basis/ OPEX basis for a period of 12 years.
EVEY Trans is to procure the buses from Olectra Greentech and to deliver the same by 24 months.
It is to be noted that this development has reinforced months after the Supreme Court rejects Tata Motors’ plea against BEST, after it was rejected for the tender of 2,100 electric buses on the grounds of “Technically non- responsive”
The company already operated 40 buses in BEST Mumbai. This contract has hiked the stock prices of Olectra Greentech 20% from its price today.
