Frankfurt, Germany- Eaton Corporation., will showcase its aftermarket clutch solutions for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) markets at Automechanika Frankfurt, Hall 3, Booth D11. Highlights include angle spring clutches, diaphragm spring clutches, concentric pneumatic clutch actuators, and Service Ranger diagnostic tools for commercial vehicles.

Eaton will feature its angle spring clutches at Automechanika Frankfurt, including the Advantage series with strap drive technology for enhanced performance and reduced maintenance, and the cost-effective EverTough series for older vehicles. Additionally, Eaton will showcase its Advantage series automated diaphragm spring clutches, designed for all AMTs with superior performance, minimal noise, and extended clutch life.
Eaton will also showcase its electronic clutch actuator for the UltraShift Plus transmission and concentric pneumatic clutch actuators (CPCAs) for DT12, Volvo I-Shift, and Mack mDRIVE AMTs at Automechanika Frankfurt. CPCAs enhance vehicle performance by optimizing clutch actuation during shifts, offering a reliable solution for AMT-equipped trucks, especially those out of factory warranty, to save on repair time and costs.
Eaton will present its ServiceRanger 4 Pro Plus (SR4 Pro Plus) software at Automechanika Frankfurt. This diagnostic tool supports all Eaton AMTs, hybrid powertrains, Advantage Automated Series clutches, and Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies. It features an "App Center" for calibrating diaphragm spring clutches and CPCAs compatible with DT12®, Volvo® I-Shift, and Mack mDRIVE AMTs.
