Pithampur – Commercial Vehicle Manufacturer, VE Commercial Vehicles limited of Pithampur, a joint venture of Volvo AB and Eicher motors, launched two new 5ton range CNG truck variants EICHER Pro 1049 & Eicher Pro 1059 in Eicher Pro 1000 series. These two models will strengthen its green energy portfolio, aimed to serve the customer in Delhi NCR region.

Our new CNG range in the LCV category underlines our commitment towards clean technology and sustainability, hence driving ‘Green Profitability’ and meeting the needs of the end customers.”
1Eicher Pro 1049 of 5t gvw fitted with E483 4Cyl 2V CRS Engine offering max power output 70 kw (~95 hp) @ 2600 rpm, max torque output 300 nm @ 1200-1800 rpm complaints BSIV emission standards. It sis matched with Eicher 3M 5D 5 Speed (5 forward, 1 reverse) with Hybrid GSL. The ladder type chassis has wheel base of 2,750mm and is fitted with Semi-elliptical laminated leaves (with shock absorber) at rear and front. It comes with one of the longest cargo body (10ft) & one of the highest payload (2.5T) in the sub 5T segment. Pro 1049 also has a fuel tank capacity of 170 litres. Options available in cargo body from 10ft to 14ft.
